Medu Technology, LLC ("Medu Technology," "we," "us") operates the website at medutechnology.com. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because there is not much to say: this is a pre-launch site and we collect very little.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is your email address, and only if you submit it through the early-access notification form on this site.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics scripts. We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or browsing behaviour.

Why we collect it

Solely to notify you when Medu Technology's early access opens. We will send one email when that happens. We will not add you to a mailing list, send you newsletters, or share your address with third parties for marketing.

How it is processed

Form submissions are processed by our own backend. Your email address is stored only as long as necessary to notify you about early access. Once that notification has been sent — or if you request deletion before then — we delete it.

We do not transmit your email address to any third-party marketing or analytics service.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or California, you have specific legal rights over your personal data. Regardless of where you are, we apply the same standards to everyone:

• —Access. You can ask what data we hold about you.
• —Deletion. You can ask us to delete your email address at any time, before or after the notification is sent.
• —Correction. If you submitted the wrong address, we can correct or replace it.
• —Portability. You can ask for a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
• —Opt-out. Submitting your email is entirely voluntary. There is no consequence to not submitting it.

CAN-SPAM

The one email we send when early access opens will include a clear way to opt out of any future communications. We will honour all opt-out requests immediately.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Given the limited scope of our data practices at this stage, significant changes are unlikely before our product launches.
